Legal
Legal services are offered for clients pursuing or defending claims in civil, commercial or family disputes—providing advice, documentation and representation in court—throughout the legal process.
For Court appearances or advice in respect of litigation already begun, I can only be instructed through a solicitor.
I can provide initial advice to anyone considering going to Court through arrangement with their solicitor. I will always make myself available to consult at location and a time that suits and any follow up consultation, or inquiry, will be arranged as quickly as possible. If written advices is required, this will be provided as quickly as possible, normally within 3-4 days.
I have extensive experience throughout all Courts in Northern Ireland. I have experience of acting for a broad spectrum of clients from private individuals to Government agencies.
I am prepared to take instructions in the following areas:
- Chancery/Probate
- Judicial Review
- Personal Injury & Professional Negligence
- Commercial
- Family
- Licensing
I offer legal advice to clients pursuing or defending claims in civil, commercial or family disputes. I will meet with clients as soon as possible after formal instruction and written advices will follow. I will then represent a client in any Court required.
The client is always the main focus of my approach to any case. I believe in achieving the best solution for my client and guiding my client effectively and compassionately through the legal process- potentially the most difficult and stressful experience of anyone’s life. Most stress in legal proceedings results from some confusion or through a lack of understanding of the law or procedure. I aspire to make the whole process as stress free as possible through honest, open, precise and independent advice. I will aim to ‘problem solve’ rather than prolong the process.
